I’m a skeptic about these kind of things, but I have high hopes about this. There is definitely science that this one up. My brother is the same, and he is the one that told me about this one so I had to try it out. I love that it has a connector piece that has the coil on it for less damage done to your cord. I also like that has the tester so you can tell it’s actually working. They’re very soft, and I’m very excited to use this. I’ll be getting one for my dad for Christmas and my best friend.. I will make updates as I use it to see if I notice any changes.
Fantastic sheets
We love these sheets and can tell a real difference when we don’t use them. Our dog recently had surgery so we had to sleep in the living room with him for 2 weeks. They’re really comfortable. The fabric feels soft and cool, and I’ve been sleeping better since I started using them. They were easy to set up and wash too. I can’t say for sure if I feel all the effects people mention, but I do wake up feeling more rested. Overall, a nice product that makes my bed feel extra cozy.
Grounding is good
This is easy to put on. Just like a regular sheet. Just have to make sure the part you plug-in is near an outlet. I am partial to grounding as means for physical wellness. I wish there were actually more studies on this, but it’s hard to metric. The sheets feel good. Looks like a lot of cotton in the fabric and durable.

Great Fit for Thick Mattress and Good Sleep
I’ve been using this sheet for a few nights and really like it so far. The fabric feels soft and comfortable, and it looks nice on the bed. The deep pockets are a big plus — they fit my thicker mattress perfectly and don’t slip off during the night. It stays in place really well. As for the grounding effect, it’s hard to measure, but I do feel more relaxed and sleep a bit better. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and think it’s good quality for the price.
GREAT BUY

I could write all day about these sheets. You won’t notice anything profound at first. But, after a couple days you’ll realize you’ve been getting better sleep since you started using them. And you’ll definitely notice them when you’re away on vacation and sleeping on “regular” sheets.
Really works!
Received yesterday, so I have only used it for one night so far… But I have already noticed a difference! I originally purchased these because I have a neurodivergent child on the spectrum, as well as myself, because we both have trouble sleeping at night for different reasons. I also have ADD and take medication for it, which sometimes makes it difficult to sleep at night. My child always wakes up between 1:30 am and 3 am every morning, regardless of what time she falls asleep. She wakes me up, which means I don’t get very much sleep and I get up at 4:30 every morning during the week for work. I also have back/hip pain when sleeping, so I constantly toss and turn. I’m also an extremely light sleeper. Adding all the issues together, along with autoimmune issues, I haven’t had a good nights sleep in years. I put the sheets on yesterday and plugged them into the grounding part of my outlet, the round circle at the bottom of the two prong holes up top. Both of my kids slept in the bed as well last night. Firstly, my neurodivergent child fell asleep and did not get up! My six year old tosses and turns at night, but she didn’t move at all. My other child on the spectrum not only didn’t get out of bed multiple times or move around, slept until 7 am, as well as my six year old. As for myself, I got in bed and fell asleep within 15 minutes! I slept like a baby! I didn’t have to toss and turn trying to alleviate hip or back pain. I did turn over some because I was sleeping between two kids, but never woke up to wear I felt really awake. I turned over and simply continued with sleep. I woke up feeling well rested and not so stiff or as aching. I checked my sleep patterns and score and I got over 7 hours of sleep with deeper sleep and more REM sleep. I hope with continued use that I see even more benefits. I am going to sleep on these for at least a week, and then try and sleep in a different bed without the grounding sheets to really be able to see the differences.

not for everyone!
you must understand this product is nott for everyone. If you have CMT disease, familial tremors, and RLS you will find this makes the conditions worse because of the fatigue and increased calf muscle weakness. I also noticed constipation. I did however noticed my BP lowered.
Not happy
I had high hopes for these sheets to help with my body aches during the night but I have no results at all after 2 weeks. I read it could take up to 2 months so I will give them more time and write another review.

I didn’t really believe in all this grounding stuff, but decided to try this EcoHeal sheet after reading reviews. I have problems with sleeping and lot of tension in my legs at night, so I thought maybe it helps. And actually it did! After few nights I started sleep more calm, and wake up not so tired like before. The sheet itself is super soft, feels just like normal cotton, no any weird smell or plastic feeling. Easy to wash, I already did twice and it still looks good. The cord connect easy, I keep it plugged near my bed. I don’t know how it works really, but I feel more relaxed, even headaches got less. Really happy I got this, will order second one for my mom soon. Totally worth trying! 🌙💤

First, my husband made fun of me for even considering doing the grounding thing. But I have been in so much pain, so much inflammation in my body, and with menopause symptoms, I was desperate and wanted to try anything! This grounding sheet is freaking amazing!
This sheet is amazing! We were a bit skeptical at first, but since we both had sleeping issues, we wanted to give it a try. There is this sense of calm that happens pretty quickly when we first lay down to go to sleep. We are now sleeping through the night with no issue. We don’t get restless and fidgety anymore when trying to go to sleep and we wake up, feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. We couldn’t be more pleased!

Has some effect
I took a while for me to figure out if my home is grounded. However I found out using multimeters. The sheet feels pretty comfy, I slept on it for two nights it actually improved my sleeping quality. The deep sleep and rem are longer.
